Observations

Something we need to learn from

1) doors in USA is always one way and standardise...PULL when going in, PUSH when coming out...
In S'pore. the headache part is although they are one-way, they are not stardardised. we always have to consciously look out for the sticker on the door that indicated PUSH/PULL...

own time in Dallas

no one is with me - physically and i'm quite sure emotionally too

a few hrs at the galleria
i went in the afternoon around 2pm plus - i remembered it is around 2:50pm when the shuttle dropped me off at Westin entrance
didn't plan to buy anything...juz thot i spent the day window-shopping...
gosh...how wrong was I...

i first went to sephora - a place that was mentioned in my service marketing class...
i am a person who luv to go shopping and checking out new things...so i didn't even know sephora existed until the class...so when i went to shanghai last year...i noticed it but didn't have time to check it out...according to my classmate from china...it is not what the prof made out to be...they don't put all the lipsticks together by colors instead of brands...they still arrange them by brands... so first thing i did was walking into sephora to see who is correct...i think my prof is wrong...things are still arrange by brands...not by products...

next went to banana republic...things are not cheap...still can control...
then macy's, saw a DKNY t-shirt on sales...tempted to buy...USD21.95...but didn't and con't to shop...then went to this souvenir shop...trying to buy something for colleagues...but luckily i didn't...still walk around...and saw amercian greetings...a gift shop...got my first bargain (2nd item at 50%)...and started the buying spree...

next i went norstorm and got a sunglass, headbands and a pink polo for boy

then i walk passed papaya...and got 4 items...the best bargain...they have the latest pants in fashion at very reasonable prices...even cheaper than S'pore...

then got a pair of white heel...surperb...in less than 10 minutes...

victoria's secret undies...bikini...low rise...5 for USD25...comparable to those i got back home...

outstanding items still under consideration...precious moments figurines...also having 50% at 2nd items...macy's DKNY...omg
